Bootleg video with decent sound quality. Doesn't quite capture everything, but it ain't half bad. I posted this because I've been revisiting the Promised Land CD, and it's blowing my mind. Another reason for posting this--you won't see much of him in the video, but listen for Eddie Jackson on bass. Probably the most underrated bass player in the history of rock music. I saw QR on this tour in SLC--probably my favorite live show ever, by anybody. DAMN, these guys are good.

Another one of my many, many favorite QR songs. A crappy bootleg video, but the sound is pretty decent. Again, the dual-guitar work is mindblowing. And how great are Tate's vocals? One of the best live bands ever. They did a version of this song in SLC on the Promised Land tour that still gives me chills, it was so good. That whole show was amazing--one of my all-time favorites.
Love the vocals and the creepy vibe of this song. Geoff Tate is probably the best metal vocalist ever. The guitar work is cool, too. It blows my mind how those two guitarists work together so well.

From the Operation LIVEcrime tour. This song comes before Suite Sister Mary, and is probably my favorite from the whole album.

No video, just the album cover. Pictures would just get in the way anyway. Soak in the emotion and atmosphere of Electric Requiem, then revel in the melodic guitar solos in Breaking the Silence.

The Operation Mindcrime CD blows my mind, and this song kicks my ass every time I hear it. This version of Suite Sister Mary is from the Operation LIVEcrime tour in 1991, the first time they did Mindcrime live in its entirety--I saw them on this tour in SLC.
